Property Management
Whether you are a homeowner or a commercial property manager, if you are in search of a landscape company, WynneCrest is the company to meet all your landscape and property maintenance needs. Our services include weekly mowing, tree and shrub pruning, weeding, disease and insect control in both turf grass and mulch beds, perennial and annual flower installation, leaf removal, and more. As a convenience to our customers who prefer regular payments, we offer customized monthly contracts at a set rate for a 12 month period. Regardless of the size or demands of your property, WynneCrest can ensure it reaches its full potential.
Design and Installation
In the design and installation phases, we provide our customers with the best long term solution for ease of maintenance and durability while considering the client’s personal preferences, interests, and budget. All of our designs are professionally crafted with state-of-the-art software so our clients can be presented with the flexibility of installing their dream in phases or all at once. For the DIY homeowner, we can provide the vision and blueprints so you can accomplish the job yourself. If you want to provide the vision, we can take your dream and make it a reality overnight.
After receiving his B.S. degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from Auburn University in 1991, Nick Winn interned with public gardens from the south to the northeastern United States, gaining valuable experience in horticulture and plant display. Following his internships, Nick worked for several years with a nationally recognized commercial landscaping firm in Orlando, Florida, eventually being awarded management responsibility for the grounds at the Villas of the Grand Cypress in Lake Buena Vista, a five star golf resort.
Nick relocated his family to Nashville in 1999 to be closer to his roots and the area where he grew up. For the past five years, he has served as director of plant care for one of Williamson County’s largest and most prestigious community developers, with his focus being common areas and upscale private homes. Nick founded WynneCrest with a vision for providing discriminating homeowners with best in class landscape design and services. He is licensed and bonded with the state of Tennessee.

Not only do we install all kinds of plants and sod, we also install irrigation and landscape lighting systems to ensure your yard stays green during the day and well-lit at night. If you have an existing irrigation system that needs to be maintained, repaired, or just winterized each year, WynneCrest can do it all. When it comes to lighting, we can design and install the perfect system to showcase not only your landscaping, but also your property.
